Anointed and Blessed Home Health Care is currently seeking PRN staff to join our team in Franklin. As a PRN employee, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts according to your availability. We offer a variety of positions in our Neighborhood Memory Care program.
Memory Care Assistant
As a Memory Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and assistance to residents in our memory care community. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and engaging residents in meaningful activities.
Memory Care Nurse
If you have a nursing background and a passion for memory care, our Memory Care Nurse position may be perfect for you. As a Memory Care Nurse, you will oversee the overall health and well-being of residents, administer medications, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
Care Coordinator
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. You will collaborate with the memory care team, residents, and their families to create personalized care plans, manage schedules, and coordinate services.
Activities Coordinator
