You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions. Minimum qualifications include a valid RN license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
